Brian is the owner and director of Two Way Hockey School with his son Ryan Campbell
Brian Campbell is owner and director of Two Way Hockey School with his son, Ryan Campbell. He is also currently working as a scout for the Langley Rivermen of the BCHL. Brian’s passion for the game began at the age of 5 years old living in Edmonton Alberta. He spent most of his winters on frozen lakes and ponds perfecting his craft. At age 9, his family moved to Vancouver where he began training with Joe McMeegan – Founder of Two Way Hockey School. Brian was one of the top players in his age group throughout his minor Hockey Career. In his final years, he was chosen to play in the U18 AAA All Star Tournament. The following year, he was given an opportunity to play in the BCJHL (Junior A) with the Kelowna Buckaroos as well as the North West Caps. His final two years were with the Richmond Sockeyes in the same league. Brian has been training and developing hockey players for close to 40 years. He has a tremendous respect and passion for the game of hockey and is considered one of the top professional power skating coaches in BC. He has taught edge control, skill development & power skating for many associations such as the Burnaby & North Shore Winter Clubs in the Lower Mainland. Brian was also hired as the Director of Player Development for the Vancouver Warrior Selects Spring Hockey when the program began. Brian takes great pride in development and mentoring of players. He strives for them to be the best hockey players on and off the ice. He accomplishes this by forming great relationships with each individual. Brian also takes a keen interest in their careers and feels rewarded whenever he’s invited to watch them perform at the top of their game. Brian is honored to be included with such a strong development team at Pacific Spirit Hockey Development and looks forward to the future.
